Vegan Truffles and gluten free that your child will love and so your body

This recipe is for everyone that wants to keep up with the diet even when we finish eating and we still craving for a chocolate (it is happening me) and Easter doesn’t help. These truffles only take 10 minutes to do it so there is any excuse for not doing it.


Place the pecans and walnuts in the food processor until it gets that texture of a meal, then keep it in a bowl and leave it on the side. Then put the pitted dates in the food processor until you see you can form small balls. Then add the cocoa powder and half of the nut meal, then while mixing everything add slowly the rest of the nut meal. When the constancy good enough, start doing small balls and place them in the freezer. While you are waiting for the balls, start melting the chocolate, so when you take the balls from the freezer, dip them in the melted chocolate, leave them to get the right temperature and the guilty free balls are ready!
